📦 Where do your products ship from?
We work with awesome suppliers from around the world, so your goodies might travel a bit to reach you! That’s why sometimes orders arrive in separate packages if you buy more than one thing.
⏳ How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on where you live. Sometimes it’s faster, sometimes it’s a bit slower (like during holidays). But don’t worry — it’s worth the wait for the cool stuff coming your way!
🌎 Do you ship worldwide?
Yep! We buzz all over the globe. If we can reach your country, we’ll get your goodies there.
📝 Will I get a tracking number?
Absolutely! As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your goodies on their adventure to your door.
🎁 Why did I only get part of my order?
Sometimes we send items separately so they arrive as quickly as possible. If you’re missing something, give it a few more days. Still missing? Buzz us an email, and we’ll help!
💰 Can I return or exchange my order?
Of course! If your item arrives damaged or isn’t quite what you expected, just contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We’ll help sort it out with a return, replacement, or refund.
👶 Are your products safe for kids?
Most of our goodies are safe for grown-ups and older kids, but some small items might not be suitable for little ones under 3. Always check the product description and keep tiny parts away from tiny hands!
🐝 I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
We try to send orders quickly, so if you need to cancel, contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. Once it’s shipped, we can’t cancel it — but we’ll help with returns if needed!
